Responsibilities

Understand brand requirements, specific business processes, data needs, folder structures, reporting requirements, and desired system functionalities
Define project scope and objectives, including success metrics, deliverables, and out-of-scope items
Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies, covering all phases from initiation to post-launch support
Engage stakeholders and establish clear communication plans, including meetings, status reports, and dashboards
Manage expectations and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Manage asset uploads, tagging, and file renaming for all campaign assets, including launch books, institutional, digital, social, and medical assets
Perform quality control on assets uploaded by third-party partners to ensure adherence to system specifications, file-naming conventions, and intellectual property agreements
Monitor brand performance metrics via monthly reports, troubleshoot discrepancies, and identify opportunities for improvement
Onboard new hires and provide training across teams; respond to ongoing questions from regional and local markets
Receive and clarify creative requests from marketing teams
Proactively engage stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audience, key messages, call-to-action, and overall strategy
Lead the development of comprehensive creative briefs and standardize briefing templates
Facilitate internal alignment meetings with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, creative, digital, social, legal) prior to agency engagement
Present creative briefs and facilitate detailed Q&A sessions to ensure clear understanding of expectations and guidelines
Establish and manage communication protocols, including primary contacts, feedback processes, and meeting cadence
Develop detailed project plans and timelines from brief approval through final asset delivery
Ensure appropriate internal and external resources are allocated to meet project requirements
Facilitate concept reviews and structured feedback sessions to ensure consolidated, constructive, and actionable feedback
Coordinate production activities with creative partners and third-party vendors (e.g., photographers, videographers, printers)
Ensure all assets meet required technical specifications, including file formats, dimensions, resolution, color profiles, and copy limits
Oversee quality control processes to ensure final assets are accurate, compliant, and meet brand standards
Manage final approval processes with all required stakeholders
Ensure assets are properly named, organized, and delivered to the appropriate internal teams or distribution platforms

Required

5+ years of experience in building CRM plans and executing them from start to finish, with clear, measurable results
Experience working with email service platforms (ESP)
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrates a strong creative vision and a customer-centric approach to communications
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide optimization recommendations using both structured and unstructured data
Experience with analytics tools and graphic design
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently
Strong customer service orientation and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to manage risks by anticipating bottlenecks, prioritizing projects, and balancing business needs with technical considerations to deliver results
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced PC skills, including MS Word, Microsoft Outlook (Calendar & Email), Excel, and PowerPoint
