Backend - Strong knowledge of Java, python, spring, SQL, snowflake
Cloud - Strong Azure knowledge or GCP knowledge (azure preferred)
Gen AI - Deep understanding of Gen AI architectures, hands on python, ideally delivered production grade apps in AI, voice based AI applications is a plus, good to have Langchain, Langgraph, agentic frameworks like Agno
ML - Good understanding of core ML algorithms, how and where to use them
Creativity - Ability to come up with different ideas across technology, clinical domain and having capacity to implement, build them
Multitasking - Ability to handle 6 to 8 different threads at the same time spanning a combination of above topics
