Responsibilities
Support the Store Leadership Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store
Create fitting room experiences and style clients from head to toe
Build relationships with customers and create a welcoming culture
Carry out essential sales and opening/closing functions including cash reconciliation, distribution of daily sales goals, and KPI reminders
Resolve customer issues and support new hires
Perform operational tasks and other miscellaneous leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
Qualification
Required
1+ years of prior service experience
Some prior retail supervisory experience
Passion for Customer Service
Friendly and outgoing - strong communication skills
Fashion Savvy
Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling)
Interest in Retail Management career path
