They are seeking an experienced Premium Programmatic Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for new clients and expanding existing accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for assigned clients and advertising agencies to smash revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the programmatic advertising space
Work with our Direct Sales team to develop tailored sales strategies to engage and acquire new premium programmatic clients
Assist our Direct Sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, providing guidance and support throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ops, Partnerships, Yield mgmt & Product to ensure seamless execution and Customer delight
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement
Educate sales team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Required

Competency in educating their company and clients on Programmatic advertising
A network of contacts within the Programmatic advertising industry, including relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and brands
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly
Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Team player who can learn and teach, lifting everyone around them
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and other relevant partners to drive business growth
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and keep the company ahead of the curve
Proven track record of success in programmatic advertising sales, with at least 8-12 years of experience in a sales role
Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and data providers
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative sales plans to drive business growth
