Start in 2026 SummerWorld Fuel Services is a global leader in the energy industry, and they are seeking highly motivated college students for their Technology Internship Program. Interns will have the opportunity to work in areas such as Software Development, Cloud Programming, and Cloud Infrastructure, gaining exposure to IT Leaders and presenting their project outcomes at the end of the internship.

Responsibilities
Spend this summer (2026) with a global leader in the energy industry!
Interns will get exposure to IT Leaders and will have the opportunity to present their internship project outcomes at the end of the internship
Qualification
Required
Junior students currently enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Technology
Must have programming experience - Software Development track!
Local candidates only - Miami, Florida
Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better
Must have a scheduled graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
Must be available to work onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Miami, Florida. (June 1 through August 7th)
Must have experience in software programming: Java/C#/Angular/JavaScript/HTML/CSS or other object-oriented programming experience
Understanding of information technology; including hardware, O/S, database technologies, middle-ware, micro-service application architecture and continuous delivery
Understanding of business fundamentals
Eagerness and passion to learn with an elevated level of motivation and drive
Extraordinarily strong written and verbal communication skills
Work under minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic, changing environment
Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
Must be a creative and innovative thinker
