Responsibilities
Hunt for new business across North America—new customers, new facilities, new applications
Own the front end of the sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, site visits, presentations, and closing
Develop and execute a growth strategy within one primary OR multiple industry verticals, depending on your preference / strengths
Travel extensively to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows
Work closely with engineering and internal teams to turn complex challenges into winning solutions
Build a strong pipeline and consistently drive new revenue
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in new business development or hunter-style sales within industrial, manufacturing, or engineered equipment markets
Deep experience in at least one relevant industry (packaging, food & beverage, mining, automotive, oil & gas, or general manufacturing)
Comfortable opening doors, navigating industrial organizations, and selling technical solutions
Self-directed, competitive, and driven by results
Willing and able to travel frequently across North America
