Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and development of architectural design from concept through construction
Conduct site visits and field documentation to verify existing conditions and support design accuracy
Research materials, systems, products, and building codes to support design solutions and compliance
Prepare and review construction documents, technical specifications, and project manuals
Provide construction administration services including site visits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation
Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to develop design strategies that meet programmatic goals and budget
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and communicate updates or concerns to the project team and client
Perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews to ensure coordination across disciplines and accuracy of documentation
Support proposal development and marketing materials, including RFQs/RFPs
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and technical growth
Produce and present design deliverables using Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Lumion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Registered Architect
3+ years of professional architectural experience
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, and Microsoft Office 365
Strong technical and design skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
