Qualification
Required
3–7 years of demonstrated experience managing full-cycle accounting responsibilities, including monthly financial reporting, account analysis, inventory control, and special projects
Advanced Excel proficiency with hands-on experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully across internal teams
Preferred
Working knowledge of federal and Connecticut corporate and sales tax regulations
