Director Of Sales
Experience HEGG is seeking a Director of Sales who will deliver an exceptional guest experience and create a positive environment while working closely with hotel team members. The role involves managing booking guidelines, participating in strategic planning, and leading sales staff to achieve hotel revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Establishes and manages booking guidelines, rates, event and group blocks, LNRs/CNRs, and all RFPs
Participates in strategic and business planning with the General Manager and Regional Director of Sales
Practices effective communication in ways that enhance performance and create a positive environment
Ensures participation in all brand revenue management initiatives through analysis and participating in weekly revenue calls
Actively researches and calls on new and existing accounts. Works to develop this skill in team members
Leads and mentors sales staff and maintains a positive working relationship with all department heads
Networks by attending industry and local events
Adheres to professional sales office standards to meet hotel revenue goals

Qualification
Required
Ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift up to 40 lb
Detail oriented
