Responsibilities
Produce timely briefs and early escalation of company-impacting events to both internal senior leadership and external audiences
Support to insider threat and corporate investigations activities
Lead the effective visual representation of Salesforce's intelligence activities, encompassing layered products, mapping of stakeholders and threat actors, and the creation of infographics
Assist in designing and integrating solutions using the Salesforce platform within our global risk and intelligence portfolio. This is to ensure stakeholders receive timely, actionable intelligence through refined tools
Prioritize and gather internal requirements through leadership and collaboration with global stakeholders
Assess third-party tools and services to inform "buy versus build" decisions
Maintain current knowledge of rapidly evolving developments, trends, and technologies relevant to government, academia, and various industries
Collaborate with the senior leadership team in GS&S to address product abuse issues and refine related processes, thereby strengthening enterprise-wide mitigation and risk management efforts
Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% as required
