Responsibilities
Lead medium to large-scale IT projects end-to-end
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams
Facilitate risk management and issue resolution sessions
Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting
Ensure adherence to SDLC and project delivery best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Project Management
Strong hands-on experience managing projects across design, development & testing
Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools
Strong risk, issue, and dependency management expertise
Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Preferred
PMP Certification (Strongly Preferred)
Experience in Financial Services or Regulated Industries
