Responsibilities
Build, lead and manage high-performing project engineering team focused on new capital projects
Report to Supply Management leaders on project health, priorities and metrics
Owns and develops KPI’s and metrics associated with all capital projects that are transparent and easily accessible through Power BI
Coach and mentor team members with regards to project management and technical rigor
Hold accountability for project execution
Establish governance mechanisms to ensure financial accuracy
Coordinate with FP&A finance team to support CAPEX and OPEX financial operating rhythm

Qualification
Required
BS Engineering
10 years of career experience in Engineering, Project Management, Operations
Demonstrated (10 years) development of supplier tools (molds, stamping, machining) and automation
Demonstrated engineering team leadership
Strategic thinker with the ability to align supplier capabilities with business and technical objectives
Strong communicator and collaborator across engineering, operations, and supplier teams
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams
Experience mentoring peers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Skilled at navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and outcomes across organizational boundaries
Able to work in a Class 8 Cleanroom Environment as needed
Role is based in Acton and the ideal candidate will be in office a minimum of 4 days a week
Travel up to 25%, including international travel to suppliers and manufacturing sites
