Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, scheduling, production, customer service, quality, sourcing, finance, shipping/receiving, engineering) to ensure effective supply chain operations

Manage assigned commodities: plan, procure, and expedite components to meet sales and production schedules

Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery through accurate purchase orders and schedule agreements

Analyze MRP and SAP data to support inventory goals and supplier performance, including generating reports and conducting root cause analysis

Resolve Accounts Payable issues promptly to ensure timely supplier payments

Address supplier quality concerns and coordinate returns for defective materials

Support management with assigned projects as needed

Required

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or operations

Must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Must be a US Citizen or eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work both independently and in teams
