Responsibilities

Provide senior-level paralegal support to the legal team
Draft, review, and manage contracts using a CLM platform
Maintain and administer the full contract lifecycle, including intake, execution, storage, renewals, and reporting
Support legal matters through document preparation, filing, and record management
Coordinate signatures, approvals, and contract amendments
Maintain accurate legal records and databases
Handle general legal administration, including correspondence, scheduling, and internal tracking
Assist with process improvements related to CLM and legal operations
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

Required

Proven experience as a Paralegal / Senior Legal Assistant
Demonstrated hands-on experience with CLM systems (implementation, usage, or administration)
Strong legal administrative skills and attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience supporting in-house legal teams
Familiarity with multiple contract types (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, etc.)
Experience working across different time zones
