Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and local marketing initiatives
Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, materials, warranties, and pricing
Prepare and present accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Track leads, appointments, and sales activities
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, confident presence with a solid work ethic
Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve results
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule, including evenings and select Saturdays
