Senior LevelThe Provider Finder is a well-established, privately owned urgent care organization serving the New Haven, Connecticut area. They are seeking multiple Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physicians to join their Urgent Care team, providing comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages.
Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages
Rotate between six local urgent care locations
See approximately 25–50 patients per 12-hour shift
Perform suturing, splinting, and standard urgent care procedures
Conduct workers’ compensation physicals
Work either independently or alongside another provider
Accurately document all encounters in the EMR (Experity)
Adhere to clinical quality standards and patient safety protocols
Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
Eligible for or active Connecticut medical license
Comfortable with high-volume urgent care settings
DOT certification required (or willingness to obtain after hire)
Strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and communication skills
