Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage commercial real estate closings
Prepare closing binders, signature pages, and post-closing documentation
Maintain closing checklists and track deadlines
Assist with acquisition financings, construction loans, mezzanine loans, and refinancings
Support loan documentation (notes, mortgages/deeds of trust, guarantees)
Conduct and coordinate title research and review
Compile financial due diligence materials (rent rolls, operating statements, tax and insurance documents)
Assist with closing statements and funding logistics
Timekeeping and cross-team collaboration
Qualification
Required
3+ years of paralegal experience required
2+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience required (financial aspects preferred)
Strong experience with closing binders and signature pages
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple transactions
Preferred
Experience with iManage, iTimeKeep, or similar legal software preferred
