Responsibilities

On-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of digital display systems, Digital Media Players (DMPs), and associated network infrastructure deployed across airport terminals
Ensure continuous uptime and reliability of passenger-facing and operational display systems powered by the VisionEDGE platform
Work independently across multiple terminals with minimal supervision
Meet airport security clearance and safety compliance requirements
May require travel between terminals and occasional after-hours or weekend support based on operational needs
Physical activity may include climbing ladders, handling equipment, and working in restricted areas

Required

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or related technical field
5+ years of experience in field maintenance or break-fix support for digital signage, Audio Visual systems, or IT network hardware
Strong understanding of LED, LCD displays, TV, Platform Door Header Dynamic Display Screens / WOW Barrier Wall Ribbon, and other similar hardware, DMPs (Digital Media Players), routers, switches, and cabling infrastructure
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, network connectivity, and power issues
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently across multiple terminals with minimal supervision
Must meet airport security clearance and safety compliance requirements
