This role is essential to building operations, involving general accounting activities and collaboration with multiple companies and stakeholders to enhance community and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform bank reconciliations, bank deposits, journal entries, and financial analysis
Support monthly financial statements and audit requirements
Assist with miscellaneous accounting projects
Maintain facilities ticketing system
Onboard new companies and staff
Maintain Center wide contact list
Manage phone, front-door reception
Organize company-wide events, meetings and luncheons

Required

Proficiency with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Online
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities ticketing systems
Strong time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent customer facing/customer service ability
Ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing needs
Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and stakeholders
Must be able to work 9:00 am- 5:00 pm in office Monday - Friday
BS/BA in Accounting, Administration, or Management
