Responsibilities
Analyze current intercompany processes across multiple entities and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
Design and implement standardized intercompany frameworks aligned with global finance and tax requirements
Ensure processes support accurate and timely reconciliations, settlements, and eliminations
Lead intercompany workstreams within broader finance transformation programs (e.g., ERP implementations, BlackLine Intercompany Hub Module(s) implementation, global process harmonization)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Tax, Treasury, and IT to ensure seamless integration of intercompany processes
Provide input on system design and configuration for ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.) to support intercompany transactions
Partner with Solution Architects and IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements
Ensure adherence to transfer pricing policies, statutory reporting, and internal controls
Develop governance frameworks for intercompany agreements and settlements
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on intercompany strategy and transformation roadmap
Conduct workshops and training sessions for global finance teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
8+ years in finance transformation, with a strong focus on intercompany processes
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and intercompany automation tools (e.g., BlackLine)
Deep understanding of intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and global tax implications
Strong project management and change management capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
MBA or CPA
Experience in global organizations with complex legal entity structures
Knowledge of emerging technologies in finance (RPA, AI, analytics)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
