Assist customers with Mac Apple Warranty, AppleCare+, and non-warranty repairs
Fix broken iPhone screens and replacing batteries
Help customers check in and out for service
Answer Apple service questions
Provide Mac training
Assist with upgrades
Manage Apple sales
Handle trade-ins for Mac, iPhone, and iPad
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of Apple products, including Macs and iPhones
Experience with software installations, updates, and system configurations
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Preferred
Apple certifications such as ACMT are highly desired
