Responsibilities
Assist in general correspondence and communication within the office and with external partners
Organize and coordinate staff meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and minute-taking
Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed
Provide administrative support to Human Resources, including orientation for new hires and ongoing employee engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and social media initiatives
Assist in accounting tasks, including experience with QuickBooks or other similar software
Facilitate the procurement of necessary licenses and permits for new projects to ensure compliance with local regulations
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as directed, showcasing adaptability and willingness to support various tasks
