Commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting

Strong background in title and survey review

Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial leases, amendments, and ancillary documents

Ability to prepare critical dates memos, closing checklists, summaries, and objection letters

Experience coordinating commercial real estate closings

Familiarity with post-closing processes, including document recording and issuance of title insurance policies

Strong document management, organizational, and technology proficiency
