Prepare and maintain Excel-based financial analyses, trackers, and reporting
Perform financial reviews and first-pass due diligence on acquisition opportunities
Support process improvement and light automation
Help standardize recurring M&A workflows, templates, and documentation
Provide general analytical and operational support to the finance team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of financial statements and basic financial concepts
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables; modeling familiarity)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
