Responsibilities

Develop and enhance foundational workforce frameworks in Oracle, integrating jobs, grades, and related elements
Ensure seamless mapping of legacy data from PeopleSoft to Oracle configurations, aligning employees accurately with salary bases and job functions
Conduct meticulous validation of test conversion files, identifying discrepancies and collaborating with teams to resolve issues
Maintain high data accuracy to prevent system failures and contribute to efficient organizational operations
