Skip Recovery Agent

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Skip Recovery Agent to support their post-charge-off operations within the auto finance portfolio. In this role, you will locate customers and collateral, coordinate with third-party vendors, and assist in resolving accounts through effective communication and investigative work.

Responsibilities

Assign, monitor, and follow up on post‑charge‑off accounts handled by external skip tracing and recovery partners
Manage inbound calls regarding account resolution, reinstatement options, payoffs, or vehicle recovery arrangements
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with authorized vendors, ensuring expectations, compliance standards, and performance goals are met
Collaborate with vendors to form effective strategies, gather updated information, and provide necessary direction
Use approved research tools and databases to locate customers and collateral, including identifying updated contact information and relevant address details

Qualification

Skip tracingAttention to detailAuto finance collectionsMicrosoft OfficeProblem-solving

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Auto finance collections experience preferred
Skip tracing or recovery experience highly preferred
