Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set leads and referral leads that are self-generated
Perform comfort audits, heat gain/loss calculations, and identify IAQ opportunities
Present tailored system replacement options using our Design Pro platform
Offer financing, explain warranties, and walk homeowners through the process
Coordinate with install team for a smooth transition
Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Qualification
Required
HVAC experience preferred (installer, tech, or sales background)
Consultative sales skills — not just product pitching
Excellent listener, communicator, and team player
Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-first culture
Valid driver's license and clean background
