Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Schedule appraisals and communicate with clients regarding assignments
Property Inspections: Travel to and physically inspect the exterior and/or interior of collateral properties
Market Research & Analysis: Research, develop, and analyze comparable sales, rental, and cost data to determine property market value
Report Preparation: Write appraisal reports based on research and analyses; assist staff with online research
Data Management: Support fellow staff in data entry for appraisal reports
Training & Education: Complete assigned online and classroom appraisal courses; fulfill continuing education requirements if licensed
Quality Review: Assist in reviewing appraisal and evaluation reports for staff and fee appraisers if licensed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Well-organized; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Reliable transportation and access to MLS database
Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
