Responsibilities
Extract, mine, and analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive improvement
Design and build Power BI dashboards that provide clear visibility into key operational metrics for stakeholders
Develop Python scripts to clean, transform, and process data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and consistency
Document data workflows and scripts to ensure reproducibility and effective knowledge transfer
Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes
Recommend improvements to existing analytics workflows based on best practices and emerging tools
Build reporting from our guest satisfaction data
Create Python scripts that clean and process data from several sources
Partner with cross-functional teams to build reports that give them visibility into required data
Qualification
Required
Recent or current undergrad/grad students who have or will graduate between May 2025 - May 2027
Holds a recent degree or pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, History, or similar areas of study
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
Has intellectual curiosity, is passionate about learning, and ready to take on new opportunities
Strong communication skills (written & oral) with attention to detail
Ability to engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities, and work under tight timelines
Ability to efficiently work in an office environment
