SR Manager Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities
Leads the Talent Acquisition strategy ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and long -term business objectives to attract and select top talent
Ensures alignment between recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and long-term business priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
Provides strategic guidance and leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, elevating capability, performance, and decision quality
Advises senior leaders and hiring teams on talent decisions using market insights and organizational needs
Owns enterprise-wide sourcing strategies, employer brand initiatives, and proactive talent pipeline development
Leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide recruiting strategies aligned to organizational priorities
Partners with senior leaders to understand workforce planning needs and advises on talent market trends
Oversees recruiting activities for critical, high-volume, and hard‑to‑fill roles
Manages, coaches, and develops a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality talent pipelines
Ensures consistent, high‑quality candidate experience and streamlined hiring processes
Ensures recruiting practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment/HR laws
Evaluates selection criteria and assessment techniques to ensure compliance standards
Assists with job offer details; negotiations, preparations and extending new hire offers
Ensures the process and appropriate levels of documentation and approvals are maintained throughout the recruiting and hiring process
Evaluates and refines recruiting processes for scalability, efficiency, and compliance
Optimizes the use of the ATS and recruitment technology stack; recommends new tools and capabilities
Leverages data and analytics to report on KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline diversity, quality of hire, and recruiter productivity
Oversees the ATS strategy, workflow optimization, reporting capabilities, and long-term system enhancements
Audits job requisition and candidate files, and tracks applicant flow
Leads design and implementation of enterprise TA process improvements
Develops team capability in technology, process, and recruiting excellence
Leads creation, analysis, and presentation of workforce, recruiting, and talent pipeline analytics to HR and business leadership
Creates ad-hoc workforce/recruiting reports as needed
Partners with HR and Communications teams to strengthen the employer brand
Oversees talent marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, events, job fairs, and employee referral programs
Builds strategic partnerships with universities, professional associations, and community organizations
Leads employer brand activation and ensures the company's presence at key recruiting events that align with business strategy
Builds trusted relationships and maintains a high level of integrity, credibility and open communication channels with leadership, hiring coaches and team members
Serves as a strategic HR leader contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives and organizational transformation
Maintains strong relationships with hiring managers and provides consultative support throughout the recruitment process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Other Related Field
Seven Plus Years of Progressively Responsible Experience in Recruitment, Including Team Leadership
Demonstrated Success Recruiting Across Multiple Functions (e.g., Corporate, Operations, Sales and Leadership Roles
Advanced Relationship Building, Communication and Interpersonal Skills At All Organization Levels
Experience Managing Stakeholders and Building Relationships
Previous Supervisory Experience
Preferred
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Other Related Field
SHRM-CP Certification
Bi-lingual (Spanish) Preferred
Previous Distribution and/or CPG Business Experience
Previous Project Management Experience
