Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to HRIS administrators; overseeing daily tasks and ensuring high-quality deliverables
Drive best practices across HRIS admin team including documentation, change management and testing
Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance various SuccessFactors modules (like Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central)
Design and implement forms and workflows, manage data models, create reports, and handle system configurations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for HRIS processes and workflows

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
4 years of experience in HRIS administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong proficiency in HRIS configuration and troubleshooting
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in a large, complex organization
Advanced knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
Familiarity with integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems
SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central and/or Recruiting/Onboarding preferred
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting/Onboarding modules
