Responsibilities
Manage timelines, milestones, and trackers for the new LMS and client rollout
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test cases, defect tracking, and validation with Retail Tech and IS&T
Document requirements, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Support rollout planning and change management with Store Operations and field teams
Own day-to-day platform support, escalations, and content publishing
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in digital project management, learning platforms, or platform operations
Strong experience with LMS/CMS platforms
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities using tools such as Jira, Asana, Radar, or Keynote
Comfortable partnering with technical teams and translating business needs into requirements
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
