Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and experience in Family Law and handling legal issues related to divorce, child custody, and other family matters
Proficiency in drafting and filing legal documents, including motions and pleadings
Experience preparing for and conducting depositions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to provide compassionate client representation
Strong research and analytical skills to address complex legal issues effectively
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Georgia State Bar
Commitment to fostering a professional, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience in litigation and court representation
