Responsibilities
Help patients navigate complex billing, financial and insurance workflows
Accurately perform administrative duties required to work queues, provide estimates, confirm insurance, secure authorizations, answer billing questions, provide estimates and collect payment
Act as a liaison to patients, the community, and healthcare professionals
Ensure delivery of the highest quality customer service
Make in-bound and outbound calls to patients, insurance companies and other professional organizations
Assist ancillary providers and vendors
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
1 Year Healthcare Required

Associate's Degree Business Preferred
