Responsibilities

Compose drafts of business correspondences, maintain calendars, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and records

With attorney supervision, prepare appeals and other documents to submit to the VA

Communicate via phone, email, and text messaging with clients and follow up with clients as needed to move qualified cases forward

Organize copies of files into document management program

Must be detail oriented

Must have strong multi-tasking skills, be up-beat, friendly and possess a professional disposition, and excellent phone etiquette

Must be self-motivated, organized, tenacious, unafraid of hard work and able to work without constant supervision

Required

Military member, veteran, spouse, dependent, or relative preferred
