Responsibilities
Act as a key support analyst across data, infrastructure, and network teams, as well as external partners
Implement and onboard new data transfer workflows and drive process improvements
Report service metrics and coordinate with technical teams supporting related applications
Serve as second responder for production issues and ensure resolution within established SLAs
Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and requests within ServiceNow
Collaborate on Root Cause Analysis and corrective action items
Conduct internal training and knowledge‑sharing for consistency in processes
Improve data integration processes and enhance operational quality
Participate in rotating on‑call coverage for 24/7 support needs
Qualification
Required
3-7+ years of production support experience, including ServiceNow, DevOps, TechOps, monitoring tools, and process improvements
Understanding of data timelines, metrics, and dashboards supporting data quality
Experience with file transfer tools such as WinSCP, FileZilla, or Axway products (Axway Secure Transport preferred)
Ability to conduct complex technical analysis and develop innovative solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross‑team collaboration
Expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and operational problem‑solving
Experience with SQL Server Management tools, Python scripting, and Regular Expressions is a plus
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
