Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, affidavits, discovery responses, and correspondence
Conduct legal research to support litigation strategy and trial preparation
Organize, maintain, and manage case files, ensuring all materials are accurate, complete, and easily accessible
Order, review, analyze, and summarize medical records and billing to prepare factual and comprehensive discovery responses
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit management and document review
Support family settlement discussions, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution efforts to help resolve cases prior to litigation
Coordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel as needed
Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal required
Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and timelines
Proven experience reviewing and summarizing medical records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with legal research tools and case management systems
