Lead global PLM & Supply Chain transformation initiatives
Support NPI programs across multiple regions
Align business & technical teams to the PLM roadmap
Identify PLM data use cases, build business cases, run POCs, and scale solutions
Optimize processes to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and increase scale
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in PLM & Supply Chain within electronics / consumer electronics
Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile, Enovia)
Strong NPI (New Product Introduction) experience
Global supply chain exposure (US / APAC / EMEA)
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
