Program Manager II
Quantech Services is seeking a Program Manager II to support critical acquisition and sustainment efforts at the AFNWC PEO located at Hanscom AFB, MA. Responsibilities
The Candidate shall possess comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management as defined in DoDI 5000.02 (Adaptive Acquisition Framework) and AFI 63-101/20-101, including an understanding of DoD and Air Force organizational roles
The Candidate shall apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to gather, analyze, and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition, sustainment, and modification programs
The Candidate shall assist the Program Manager in assessing program status against schedule and cost baselines, recommending viable solutions to problems, and pursuing alternative courses of action
The Candidate shall plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition throughout the lifecycle, including development, production, deployment, and sustainment, to recommend effective strategies for meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives
The Candidate shall support the development of statutory and regulatory acquisition and sustainment reports, such as the Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) and Monthly Activity Report (MAR)
The Candidate shall support and facilitate program management reviews (PMRs), senior-level meetings, and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reviews
The Candidate shall develop and present high-quality briefings and schedules regarding program status and acquisition tasks for senior management
The Candidate should possess a foundational understanding of various funding types, budget cycles, and the Central Asset Management (CAM) process
Qualification
Required
TOP SECRET Clearance required
3–10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, with a focus on DoD systems
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
The Candidate must possess the ability to perform all functional duties independently and apply proper procedures to assigned tasks
The Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills to provide quality acquisition documentation and build customer relationships
Experience with SharePoint and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
The Candidate should possess a foundational understanding of various funding types, budget cycles, and the Central Asset Management (CAM) process
