Responsibilities
Handle commercial litigation and construction litigation matters from inception through resolution
Independently manage cases with minimal supervision
Lead settlement negotiations and resolve disputes efficiently
Develop, maintain, and grow a book of business
Generate new matters and participate in origination efforts
Meet monthly billable expectations of approximately 140 hours per month
Qualification
Required
10+ years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on commercial and construction litigation
Proven ability to run cases independently and negotiate settlements
Strong client-management, strategic, and business-development skills
Licensed and in good standing (Florida preferred)
