PingWind is seeking a D365 Developer to join our team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. This fully remote position is responsible for the development, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of applications, focusing on Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
Build reports, dashboards, and views
Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate Dynamics capabilities to our clients
Design, configure, test and deploy changes to database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards
Develop and enhance high-quality code for full-lifecycle applications, incorporating updates based on user requests
Manage D365 security protocols
Share knowledge and expertise with team members, serving as a mentor to help the team grow
Collaborate on a range of activities including development, testing, and automation to achieve team goals
Aid in the requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage
Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes
Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage
Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs
Contribute to improving the processes and policies within program
Peer review code written by other ETL Developers
Ensure solutions are appropriately configured, available, and accessible for users

Required

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or technical discipline
5 years relevant experience
Proficient working with D365, PowerApps, and Power BI
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Expert communication and client management skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Flexible, able to adapt to different customer groups and expectations
Experience working in and with cross-functional teams
Outcome-oriented approach focused on delivering value to end users backed by measurable, data-driven results
U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
