Responsibilities
Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a friendly check-in and check-out process
Serve as the campground’s information hub—answer questions, provide directions, and share local tips
Handle payments, deposits, and reservations accurately and efficiently
Run daily reports, file maintenance requests, and help keep office operations organized
Communicate regularly with your Property Manager and teammates to ensure smooth coordination
Help resolve guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and a smile
Support special events, activities, and other duties as needed to enhance the guest experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or retail
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Comfort with computers and willingness to learn new software systems
A team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to make each guest feel welcome
Weekends and holidays required throughout the season
