Responsibilities
Lead eDiscovery and litigation technology projects across all stages of the EDRM
Own the technical and project delivery aspects of discovery on medium to large, complex matters
Work directly with client's legal and IT teams to identify, scope, and collect relevant data
Act as eDiscovery project lead, managing workflows, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
Provide guidance on TAR, analytics, data minimisation, and review strategy
Act as the primary liaison between case teams and external technology providers
Deliver training and guidance on litigation technology tools and review workflows
Support trial preparation, courtroom technology, and on-site trial services where required
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology
Strong end-to-end understanding of the litigation support lifecycle
Proven experience running medium to large, complex eDiscovery matters
Advanced experience with platforms such as Relativity, Brainspace, Opus 2, TrialDirector, or similar
Hands-on exposure to TAR, analytics, and advanced review workflows
Confident working directly with partners, clients, vendors, and technical teams
Strong project management, organisation, and communication skills
Able to operate independently, prioritise effectively, and exercise sound judgement
Preferred
Experience within a large law firm or high-end litigation support environment
Experience managing vendor relationships, pricing discussions, and delivery oversight
Comfortable working in a global, multi-office environment
Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially aware
