Responsibilities

Perform daily administrative tasks to support the client, including requesting or submitting projects, submitting reallocations, and facilitating in setting proper client expectations
Conduct routine client check-ins and outreach to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries
Conduct monthly calls & quarterly check-ins with additional touchpoints scheduled as needed between calls
Working closely with Channel Marketing department with client engagement sequence
Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate Account Development Manager or Sales Manager
Identify and document upselling or cross-sell opportunities during client interactions, passing leads to the designated Account Development Manager or Sales Manager
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system, including documentation of monthly/quarterly check-ins
Assist with meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating internal follow-up activities
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver positive client experience

Required

Supports the sales team in meeting revenue and customer service goals
