Responsibilities
Oversee operational systems and workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Manage office systems, technology, vendors, and equipment
Document procedures and train staff on operational systems
Provide administrative and logistical support to leadership
Coordinate office scheduling as needed
Lead student enrollment processes, including registration, placement, and reporting
Oversee tuition billing, payment plans, scholarships, and reconciliation
Serve as liaison for charter schools and enrichment partners
Respond professionally to family and student service needs
Oversee ticketing and box office operations, including sales and reconciliation
Support performances and special events with front-of-house and box office operations
Coordinate staff and volunteers to support a positive audience experience
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
Comfort with technology and learning new systems
Experience in customer-facing roles
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work evenings/weekends as required by performance schedules
Preferred
Experience with enrollment, ticketing, or CRM systems (e.g., JackRabbit, PatronManager)
Bilingual in Spanish
Experience in nonprofit, dance, or arts education environments
