Clinical Recruiter
Clarity Recruiting is seeking an experienced Clinical Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of clinical professionals on a contract basis. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver qualified clinical talent efficiently while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical contract roles (e.g., RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied health professionals, therapists, medical assistants)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and timelines
Source candidates using ATS, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen candidates for clinical experience, certifications, licensure, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews, reference checks, credentialing, and compliance documentation
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries and recommendations
Manage offer process, including pay rates, contract terms, and start dates
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, credentialing standards, and internal policies
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on clinical staffing
Strong understanding of clinical roles, credentials, and licensing requirements
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Experience using ATS and sourcing tools
Comfortable working independently in a contract-based role
Preferred
Agency healthcare staffing experience
Knowledge of credentialing, onboarding, and compliance processes
Experience recruiting in hospital, healthcare system, or long-term care settings
