Responsibilities
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
Provides expert consultative and problem solving services to managers, employees and other HR functions regarding HR policies and practices, performance management, and other ER areas Ensures compliance with all relevant country laws, regulations, policies and practices. Assists OEC and Security with investigations related to employee relations issues
Effectively and accurately maintains confidential ER data in both systems and paper files
Ensures professional service is provided at all times in accordance with the departmental expectations
Executes elements of a defined project
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Employee Relations or related field and/or equivalent experience
2+ years prior HR Experience required
Knowledge of HR regulations and laws
Effective verbal and written business communication skills
Effective time management with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Decision Making and Influencing skills
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Preferred
Some business experience preferred
Previous Employee Relations (ER) work experience
