Responsibilities

Technical Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for Censitrac implementation, including planning, scheduling, and execution
Collaborate with clinical teams, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless integration with existing workflows
Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources
Conduct workflow analysis and recommend process improvements for surgical instrument tracking
As a Technical Project Manager, you will ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements
Provide technical guidance and resolve issues during deployment and post-go-live support

Required

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in healthcare technology projects
Hands-on experience with Censitrac system implementation and integration
Proven experience in implementing and configuring surgical instrument tracking solutions
Experience with system interfaces, data migration, and troubleshooting during deployment
Strong understanding of surgical instrument tracking workflows
Understanding of sterile processing, surgical instrument lifecycle, and hospital compliance standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget
Ability to work onsite and coordinate across multiple hospital locations
