Responsibilities
Supporting the Lead Teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum
Assisting with children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through positive interactions and hands-on learning
Helping to maintain a safe, organized, and inviting classroom space
Partnering with families and fellow educators to build strong school-to-home connections
Collaborating with the teaching team and learning from experienced educators to continue your professional growth
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
1–2 years of experience working with young children preferred
Prior classroom teaching experience required
ECE certification is strongly preferred
