Customer Care Representative
LHH is seeking a proactive, personable Customer Care Representative to support a fast-paced, collaborative team. This role is central to delivering exceptional service, maintaining clear communication between customers and internal partners, and ensuring orders and inquiries move smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely updates and support
Respond to inbound calls and emails with professionalism and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
Process and monitor customer orders accurately using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams—sales, accounting, and logistics—to resolve issues quickly and prevent repeat problems
Partner with the sales team to ensure consistent, informed support across assigned accounts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Ideally 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry, tracking, and reporting)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑first approach
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
